Flavours and Fillings
All of my cakes and fillings are made to order using the finest ingredients, including: -
Vanilla Sponge Cake
A classic cake flavour, made using finest quality Vanilla Extract and filled with a choice of Jam and Butter cream.
Raspberry and Vanilla Sponge Cake
A vanilla cake soaked made with finest vanilla extract, This will be filled with Vanilla butter cream and fresh raspberry puree.
Chocolate Sponge Cake
A variation on the above, flavoured with 100% Cocoa Powder and filled with Vanilla butter cream or Finest Belgium Chocolate ganache.
Rich Belgium Chocolate cake
A rich Belgium chocolate fudge cake filled with the finest Belgium chocolate ganache, also available with a raspberry filling.
Madeira Cake
A slightly heavier, denser cake (making it ideal for cutting shaped cakes), which can be flavoured with Vanilla, Chocolate or Lemon.
Lemon Cake
A zingy Lemon Cake, drizzled with lemon syrup keeping it lovely and moist and filled with Lemon Curd and Lemon Butter cream.
Carrot Cake
A moist carrot cake filled with a vanilla butter cream.
Honey and Parsnip Cake
My own unique recipe, a light moist honey based cake with shredded parsnip cake filled with a butter cream with a hint of honey. ( A low fat option is available too)
Coffee
A delicious coffee liqueur sponge cake filled with either coffee or vanilla butter cream.
Amaretto and Raspberry Sponge
A moist almond flavoured sponge with fresh raspberry and an Amaretto butter cream.
Rich Dark Fruit Cake
My own recipe very rich, dark and moist fruit cake, made several months in advance and steeped in brandy.
Light Fruit Cake
A lighter fruit cake, made with fruits, nuts (optional) and coated with brandy syrup.

Additional Information about the cakes:
- The sponge cakes do not contain nuts but there may be nut traces present.
- The cakes are not gluten or dairy free
- On request I am able to make gluten and dairy free cakes.
- The fruit cakes contain alcohol and nuts.
- Not all flavours of cake can be used for every design.
- I have gluten free and dairy free recipes available upon request.
- All cakes are suitable for vegetarians.
